A parent who paid before that has no entry, so we know their balance but not their rhythm — they sit under No payment on record, which is a gap in the data, not a judgement about them. Committee sending sends one of these 4 at random (weighted so all 4 get used before any repeats) instead of always the same wording. Leave any blank to exclude it from rotation. Same placeholders as above.

WA Send-Rate Gauge Thresholds

Controls the fuel-gauge indicator committee members see while sending — turns yellow, then red, as a soft warning to slow down. Cools back down automatically as time passes.

Every announcement goes to the whole committee, three ways: a push notification, a banner on their dashboard, and a popup the next time they open the portal. So it still lands even if the push never arrives.

Daily Digest & Follow-ups

These go out automatically each day, Gulf time: the collection digest at 20:30 and promise follow-ups at 08:00. Each one is private to a single committee member — only members with something to report receive anything. Preview below shows the exact message before it is sent.

Notification Registration

Push Devices

A device that has never been linked to an ITS can only be reached by broadcast, so it misses the daily digest and promise follow-ups. Most link themselves the next time that member opens the portal. This is for the ones that never do.

Re-enable Notifications Campaign

A browser will not deliver a push to a device that has never granted permission, so these are two separate channels and each reaches a different half of the committee. The in-app prompt is the only thing that can reach a member with notifications off. The reconnect push is the only thing that can reach a member who already has them on. Members with no parents allocated are not contacted at all.
